Tips

  In this recipe, you can use different green vegetables like spinach leaves, kale leaves, broccoli, etc. The amount can differ based on your preference, as long as the quantity of stinging nettle leaves or spinach leaves are larger.

Any kind of potato can be used, ordinary potato or sweet potato. Also, the amount can vary depending of the amount dinner guests.

If chicken or vegetable stock is unavailable, mix water with 2 tablespoonfuls of herbal pesto (look forward to this recipe next month).
